Airport Transfers & Charter – FAQ

Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Your driver will wait for you at the arrivals hall or agreed meeting point. If you choose 'Meet & Greet', they will hold a name sign.

How much luggage can I bring?

A Tesla SUV or MPV can usually fit standard luggage for the number of passengers. If you have extra or oversized luggage, please tell us in advance.

Can I change my booking time or date?

Changes are possible subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to adjust your booking.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight information where possible. Your driver will adjust pick-up time within the free waiting period. Extra waiting time may be charged.

Is the price per person or per car?

All prices are per car, not per person.
